Design you own program
If you want to suggest a program for your team, our team will be happy to help you design it. We understand that a teams differ in their development and programs can be changed depending on the goal and needs of the team members. Whether you prefer indoor or out door activities we can accommodate any ideas that you have.
Sailing Team-Building
Sailing is a natural team sport that requires a coordinated tactical effort to efficiently reach several way points toward the destination. Quick decisions must often be made and tasks have to be executed on immediately so that the vessel is pointed towards the destination.
Science Team-Building
Derived from our Marine Science Education Program, Ocean Science team-building involves a group of individuals who creatively solve marine science problems about the ecosystem and ocean sustainability, working together and sharing knowledge and skills.
